Jaylyn McNeill joined with Groundwork RI in the summer of 2022 as a member of the Providence summer Green Team. The following summer, she became a youth leader for the Green Team, and not long after that, she was promoted to a Supervisor. In the summer of 2023 she took on a new role and became our Data and Communications AmeriCorps VISTA. As a VISTA, Jaylyn supports the Tree Team with tree deliveries, data tracking during planting season, tabling for community events, and social media management for GWRI. As a born-and-raised Providence native, Jaylyn takes immense pride in the work we do to improve our communities and educate the next generation of stewards.
